Warranty Policy

At Sedoche™, each piece is carefully selected to offer style, elegance and quality. Your satisfaction is at the heart of our approach, which is why we have implemented a clear and transparent policy.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges – 14 Days

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
• Original tags must remain intact
• The product must be returned in its original packaging

⚠️ Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Warranty

No extended commercial warranty is offered. However, if your item shows an obvious manufacturing defect upon receipt — such as faulty stitching, incorrect sizing, or damage on arrival — please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@sedoche.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
